SupportOurPolice.co.uk is an independent UK website dedicated to recognising police service, sharing positive stories and directing people towards trustworthy support resources.
What We Are Trying to Do
Policing is often discussed only when something has gone badly wrong. Scrutiny is necessary, but that can leave little space for the routine public service, lifesaving action, safeguarding work and personal sacrifice that also deserve attention.
Support Our Police exists to make those stories easier to find while also signposting officer wellbeing, family, charity, memorial and Police Covenant resources.
What We Are Not
- We are not a police force or government department.
- We are not affiliated with a political party.
- We do not take donations on behalf of police charities.
- We are not an emergency, crime-reporting or welfare service.
- We do not treat supportive coverage as a reason to ignore legitimate scrutiny.
